Should you wish to exchange/return an item, all items MUST be returned in an unused/unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special offers and personalized or bespoke items (for example, a goalie smock with your printed name or any garments with club badges embroidered) Under garments including, baselayers, sports bras, jock straps and athletic supports
We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item to us at the below address with our returns form included with the goods. We will endeavour to get the replacement goods out to you within 7 working days. Please note that there will be an additional delivery charge of for all exchanges. This will be charged to the original payment card.
Refunds
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please return the item to us at the below address with our returns form included with the goods. We will endeavour to process your refund within 3 working days of receiving the goods into our returns department. Please note that refunds can only be processed on the original payment method.
All transactions are processed using GBP (£). The EUR (€) price converter on the site should be used strictly as a guide price as the final conversion to EUR (€) will be based on the current exchange rate set by your bank/credit card company. As a result - refunds in currencies other than GBP (£) may be higher or lower than the original purchase price.

We recommend that you return the goods through the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service and keep the receipt for your records. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods to us as we cannot accept any liability for items lost before they are signed for by a member of staff at Gilmour Sports.
