We do not accept returns or exchanges of any personalized garments.
Club Kit: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any garments with club badges other than shorts and skorts.

Should you wish to exchange/return an item, all items MUST be returned in an unused/unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special offers and personalized or bespoke items (for example, a goalie smock with your printed name or a playing shirt with a number). Any item of club kit with an embroidered badge other than shorts and skorts.
We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Refunds
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please return the item to us at the below address with a note included with the goods. We will endeavour to process your refund within 3 working days of receiving the goods into our returns department. Please note that refunds can only be processed on the original payment method.

We recommend that you return the goods through the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service and keep the receipt for your records. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods to us as we cannot accept any liability for items lost before they are signed for by a member of staff at Gilmour Sports.
